The winning ticket was purchased at a 7-Eleven store in San Jose, California. The California Lottery has not yet released the name of the winner, but they have stated that they are a woman.
The winner has 180 days to claim their prize. They can choose to receive the $800 million jackpot in 30 annual payments or a one-time lump sum payment of $564.9 million.
